Do not sell or share my personal information.
Effective July 30, 2026. The short answer: I don't sell your data, I don't share it for behavioral advertising, and I never have. This page exists so that promise is on the record — and so you can hold me to it.
The commitment
As the terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws: this Site has not sold personal information and has not shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months, and does not do so today. There are no third-party advertising trackers, pixels, or analytics cookies on this Site at all.
Global Privacy Control
Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are already fully honored — with no tracking and no data sales, the Site is permanently in the state GPC requests.
Submitting a request anyway
If you'd still like a formal response — or want to exercise access, deletion, or correction rights — email bannisterderik@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include what right you're exercising and the email address or phone number you've used to contact me, so I can find any correspondence. I'll verify the request against that correspondence and respond within 45 days.
You may use an authorized agent; I'll ask for proof you authorized them. You will never receive worse service or pricing for exercising a privacy right.
