Built for everyone.
Updated July 30, 2026. I want every visitor to be able to read, navigate, and contact me here — and when something falls short, I want to hear about it and fix it fast.
The standard
This Site targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. It's a hand-built static site, which means accessibility issues are mine to fix directly — no platform or plugin in the way.
What's implemented
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and one H1 per page
- Reduced-motion support: every animation and scroll effect is disabled when your system sets “prefers reduced motion”
- High-contrast monochrome palette designed to hold up for low-vision readers
- Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
- Keyboard-navigable links and controls; no keyboard traps; no time-limited content
- Responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% and small screens without horizontal scrolling
- Descriptive link text and ARIA labels on navigation landmarks
Known limitations
The homepage leans on motion design; if an effect bothers you, enabling your operating system's reduced-motion setting turns all of it off. Portfolio sites linked from here are separate properties and may not meet the same standard.
