What you pay Anthropic to run it afterward is separate and goes straight to them — I'll tell you which plan fits before you spend a dollar on it.

What you get

  • Claude Code installed and configured on your machine, working the first day
  • Your tools connected — CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, database, Slack, Stripe; you name them, I wire the ones that can be wired and tell you straight about the ones that can't
  • A configuration file that teaches it your business — your services, your pricing, your terminology, your customers, how you want things written
  • 3–5 custom skills built for the jobs you actually repeat, tested against your real data, runnable by name
  • A 60-minute working session — we run them together on live work, not a demo account
  • Plain-English documentation of what was built and how to run it
  • One round of revisions on the skills, within 14 days
  • All of it yours — plain text files on your machine, no license, nothing to keep paying for

How it goes

01

You book it

Payment confirms the slot. You get a receipt and an email from me the same day.

02

30-minute kickoff call

I ask what eats your week. The answers to that call are what the skills get built from — not a questionnaire, an actual conversation about your work.

03

You give me access

Only to the tools you want connected. Your accounts, your credentials, revocable by you at any time.

04

I build it — 5 business days

Install, connectors, configuration, and the skills. Tested on your real data, not sample data.

05

We run it together, then it's yours

A 60-minute session on live work, documentation in plain English, and one round of revisions within 14 days. After that you're running it without me.

What it's actually for

The test for a good skill is boring: something you do every week, the same way, that costs you an hour and doesn't need your judgment. A few that come up constantly in the trades:

Bring me your list. If a job on it can't be done well, I'll tell you that on the call instead of building something that half-works.

What's not included

  • Your Anthropic subscription or API usage — billed by them, directly to you
  • Third-party subscriptions for the tools being connected (CRM, phone, email platforms)
  • Additional seats or machines beyond yours — quoted separately, and cheaper than the first
  • Ongoing skill development, monitoring, or support past the included revision round — quoted separately if you want it
  • Custom software, integrations for tools with no API, or anything requiring a vendor to build you access
  • Website, SEO, or ads work — that's the $500 site build and the service pages

One honest caveat: this pays for itself when you have repeat work worth automating. If your week is genuinely different every time, say so on the call and I'll tell you to skip it.

Questions, answered straight

What is Claude Code, in plain English?

An AI that works inside your computer instead of inside a chat window. It reads your files, runs commands, calls your other software, and does multi-step work while you do something else. The gap between that and a chatbot is the whole point — a chatbot tells you how to pull last month's unpaid invoices. This pulls them.

What exactly do I get for $1,500?

Claude Code installed and configured on your machine; your real tools connected to it — the ones you name, from your CRM and email to your spreadsheets and database; a written configuration file that teaches it your business, your pricing, your terminology, and how you want things done; 3–5 custom skills built for the specific repeat jobs you do every week; and a 60-minute working session where we run them together on your real work. Flat fee, one time.

What's a "skill"?

A repeat job, written down once so it runs the same way every time. "Pull this week's new leads, check which ones we already talked to, and draft the follow-ups." "Turn my job notes into an invoice." "Read this contract and tell me what changed." You describe the job in your own words; I build it, test it against your real data, and hand it over so you can run it by name from then on.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You type what you want in ordinary English. The reason this costs $1,500 and not nothing is that the setup — the connectors, the configuration, the skills built around how your business actually runs — is the part that takes technical work. That part is mine. After that it's typing.

What does it cost to run after you're done?

A Claude subscription or API billing, paid directly to Anthropic — that is separate from this fee and it is not something I mark up or resell. I'll tell you which plan fits your usage before you buy anything, so there is no surprise. Any third-party tool you connect keeps its own bill too.

Will it work with the software I already use?

Usually. Anything with an API can be connected, and the common ones — Google Workspace, Slack, most CRMs, Supabase and Postgres, Stripe, spreadsheets — already have prebuilt connectors. Tell me your stack before you pay and I'll tell you honestly what connects cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what can't be done. I would rather lose the sale than sell you a connection that doesn't exist.

How long does it take?

5 business days from the kickoff call, assuming you get me access to the tools you want connected. The kickoff is a 30-minute call to find out what you actually do all week — that conversation is what the skills get built from.

Is my business data safe?

It runs on your machine, under your accounts, with credentials you control and can revoke at any time. I don't take copies of your data, and I don't keep access after handoff. You decide which tools get connected, and anything you'd rather I never touch simply doesn't get connected.

Do I own it?

Yes. The configuration and every skill built for you are plain text files on your machine. Keep them, edit them, hand them to someone else. There is no license you keep paying to use your own setup, and nothing stops working if you never speak to me again.

What if the skills aren't right?

One round of revisions on the skills I built, requested within 14 days. Watch them run on a real week of your work, send me one list of what's off, and I fix it.

What's your refund policy?

Before the kickoff call: full refund, no questions. After delivery the fee is non-refundable, because the work is done and it's on your machine. If I fail to deliver what's described on this page, you get your money back.

Want to know if it fits before you pay?

Call or text 530-736-7085 and tell me what your week looks like. I'll tell you which parts are automatable and which aren't — and if the answer is "not many," I'll say that. You get me, not a sales team.

Tell me what you need.

Name and a phone number is enough. You get me — not a form that disappears into an agency inbox.

Goes straight to me. No sequence, no sales team. Or call/text 530-736-7085.
